This charity event benefits the Transgender American Veterans Association (TAVA).
Founded in 2003, the Transgender American Veterans Association (TAVA) engages with our members, governmental agencies, other advocacy groups, media and the public in order to ensure our members receive full services and dignified treatment by promoting the values of equality, fairness and respect on behalf of our members and provide a supportive community for Veterans who identify under the “Transgender Umbrella”.

Mid-Atlantic Leather Weekend (MAL) is an annual, three-day event in Washington, D.C., celebrating leather and fetish culture, hosted by the Centaur Motorcycle Club. It features a variety of events including a formal cocktail party, an exhibit hall, parties, and the Mr. Mid-Atlantic Leather contest. The event is open to individuals 21 and over who wish to participate in the LGBTQ+ community’s leather and fetish scenes.
